LaQshya
LaQshya is a programme of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GOI, which aims at improving quality of care in Labour Room (LR) and Maternity Operation Theatre (OT) in the public health facilities.
LaQshya was launched on 11th Dec, 2017 at National level and on 28th March, 2018 in the State of Manipur and has been rolled out in six facilities namely RIMS, JNIMS, Thoubal District Hospital (DH), Churachandpur DH, Bishnupur DH, and Chandel DH. At present, State has 10 LaQshya identified facilities.
State has 4 LaQshya certified facilities at the National Level namely DHs Churachandpur, Thoubal, Bishnupur and Chandel.
